'Alien: Covenant' trailer frightens for the occasions
In executive Ridley Scott's "Alien: Covenant," the spin-off of 2012's "Prometheus," the team of state ship Covenant find what they believe is an unknown heaven.
Yet, the group is in for a shock when they discover that this perfect world is really an unsafe world whose tenants incorporate an engineered David (Michael Fassbender) - the main survivor of the bound Prometheus campaign - and the sort of animals that gave all of us bad dreams from the first "Outsider" motion picture.
The trailer indicates scenes of the group investigating an amazingly lovely world, discovering not really neighborly facehuggers, going through their ship shouting, exploding things and, best of all, being assaulted in the shower by a lively Xenomorph.
The film stars Fassbender, Noomi Rapace (repeating her part as Dr. Elizabeth Shaw), Katherine Waterston, Danny McBride, Billy Crudup and Guy Pearce.
"Alien: Covenant" is booked to achieve theaters on May 19.
